Food is great but they make no efforts to be more efficient. Whenever you call, the lines always busy and when they do pickup, expect a 5-10 minute hold. I really don't know why the owner isn't taking this more seriously. The demand is there but the service is not. Hire more workers, for God's sake.

Oh wow, the food here is delicious!! I had Korean bbq burger, cheeseburger and Korean bbq fries. Top notch quality! The owner told me that they make their own teriyaki sauce everyday - boiling many different ingredients for 4-5 hours everyday- not store bought. And they cook their own food instead of hiring a cook/kitchen staff. I've never failed with restaurants where owners actually do the cooking themselves.
